The Relief Proof Press has been designed to fill a demand in wood and lino blocks. It has a unique rise and fall bed to accommodate blocks. Rising to 0 mm (0″) and falling to 25 mm (1″), giving ample opportunity to use varying size blocks, whilst eliminating make ready. The maximum paper size is 394 mm x 546 mm (15 1/2″ x 21 1/2″). The press cylinder is designed for easy movement over the bed and is meshed on racks to keep registration. The operation techniques are very simple. Once the block has been inked and placed onto the table. Adjust the table to the correct height. Place the paper under the paper grippers, which is operated by foot peddle. Wind the cylinder over the bed.
